COVID-19 Policy
No returns or exchanges until further notice. The safety of our customers is priority. If, you have any questions or concerns regarding sizing, please: email, message us on social media, or look on website for sizing chart. Thank you all for understanding and your continued support.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange (if item is still in stock).
All returns are processed for store credit. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Promotion, Clearance, Use of discount code, or Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE.
Accessories, white articles of clothing, bodysuits and undergarments are all FINAL SALE.
Return Instructions
- Must email thekloset559@gmail.com for return approval.
- Inclued order number.
- Must be returned within no more of 7 days of receipt day.
- Must be unworn.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (if item is still availble otherwise store credit will given). Please let us know of damage no more than 2 days of receiving item to resolve issue you will need to provide pictures of merchandise. Store Credit
- Store credit will processed within 24-48hrs of receiving merchandise
- Maintain tracking of your package is the customers reponsibility
- Store credit will accessible on your account if you did not create an account use your email on your original order at checkout.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
